There shouldn’t be a payment plan because there shouldn’t be a bill that high. You think it’s right or legal to charge over $1,000/month for a nyc apartment? You are joking. THERE SHOULD NEVERRRRRRRR BE A BILL THIS HIGH.
The problem isn’t paying the bill, the problem is the bill itself. Hahahaha they responded with, “sorry you are having trouble paying your bill, we can put you on payment plans.” Did you even read this or is this another automated response. We asked this to be investigated and you and the landlord laugh it off as if any common person can’t afford to take you on. This shoild be illegal and it is beyond typical of that you only care about money. These bills are purely disgusting and you should be ashamed that your monopoly of a company ever charges anyone this.
